1. Tickets for each Cookery course or Dine Sri Lankan experience are purchased on a first-come-first-served basis, using either the Numi CSL website or the Funzing website. By purchasing one or more tickets, you accept these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of Funzing.
2. Tickets purchased for a Cookery course or Dine Sri Lankan experience may not be cancelled or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
3. Purchased tickets are however transferable to another person. Please call with the new person’s contact details if you wish to transfer your ticket, or they will not be admitted to the venue, for security reasons.
4. The contact details provided by the ticket buyer during the booking process will be used for all contact and correspondence. Please call if you wish to change these contact details before attending a booked event.
5. Occasionally events may have to be cancelled or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. In all such cases all confirmed attendees will be notified as soon as possible, and will be offered full refunds.
